The women’s program was developed to accommodate those who want to train with other women and those who want to focus more specifically on the self-defense aspect of martial arts. Although this is a curriculum for Taekwondo belt rank, it also includes some Hapkido and Judo techniques to optimize safety awareness and self-defense.
Although many of our female students train in the co-ed classes, some choose to train exclusively in the women’s class. Either way, they are getting top notch instruction on every level. If you would like to try the women’s class, just stop by, email or give us a call and we can get you set up with an introductory lesson.
Like all of our programs, this is a “personal best” approach. Rank is simply a teaching tool for setting both short-term and long-term goals. The hardest part is getting started. The Introductory course is 29.95 and includes one free uniform, one private lesson and two group classes.
These classes are taught by GrandMaster Payne, 7th Dan and Mrs. Rae Trimble, 4th Dan.
